About Foodio54: Mike

Mike Van Heyde works as Co-Founder of Foodio54.com in Austin, Texas.

I do all of the back end (databases, recommender algorithm, etc) and some of the front end for Foodio54. I also work with Drew on many of our marketing efforts to spread the word about Foodio54.

My day job is working as a usability architect at a Fortune 500 company. To that end Foodio54 sometimes serves as a real world testing ground for work related usability ideas. I also do a little work in other local search areas such as lawyers.
