Burro Cheese Kitchen – Austin

A month ago I was in Austin at the Lonestar Round Up enjoying my cigars and sipping bourbon while I watch Rat Rods of all kinds cruise up and down South Congress. I happened to be parked in front of a bright yellow shipping container with a spotted burro logo on it, but I never gave it a second thought. Word on the street was that the Burro Cheese Kitchen had some killer eats, but the last thing I wanted with my bourbon was a grilled cheese sandwich.
