  The "Frog", as locals call it, is one of the better restaurants in Ada in my opinion. If your in the mood for healthy, this is the place to go. They have several wraps and sandwiches with ways to customize every meal. I would recommend the JDR to anyone.

  This is the place to go if you're tired of the same. They serve smoothies, vegetarian plates, and low-carb options as well as meat sandwiches, soup and desserts. They could have used some more help (at least the time I was there); service was a little slow.
