Friendly staff and great pizza. Smells are plenty for one, probably enough for two skinny people :)
by Nishant P.
The food here is salty, even for pizza. This will disappoint folks with a taste for NY pizza.
by Jeremy I
All the pizzas are good, but especially the clam pie and the Wooster Square.
by Ben R.
Clams on pizza is pretty weird. Stick with sausage and mushroom
by Dave Cummings
All of the pizzas I have tried have been excellent. I like the old fashion soda black cherry too.
by Greg E.
Best pizza I had in dc.
by Shalynn C
Best delivery pizza I've had in a long time
by Jacobo Gómez
The thin crust pizza is good and available by the slice. And the spaghetti with meatballs dish is good comfort food.
by Alex D'Ici
Some of the best pizza in the district. Be adventurous.
by Joe G.
I had to put lots of pepper on the clam, bland but loved the chefs special chicken. Gluten free cookie not too bad :) I still prefer Red Rocks and Comet but this is close to where I live too:)
by Andrea N.
Great special for lunch, two slices and a drink.
by Marcia C.
Not true Apizza but still great pizza for DC. Get the 18 inch you are going to want as much as you can get your hands on.
by Jamie F
Sorry, but this pizza is not good at all. Comet Ping Pong is better but if you want great pizza, go to New York
by Patrick M.
Venha, escolha qualquer sabor e qualquer cerveja e curta sua pizza. Excelente.
by Raphael @.
Pizza is above average which is great for this area. Stay away from the cola inspired soda tho.

The Lavender and Honey Gelato is the most delicious experience!
by Divina P.
It's the kind of pizza you don't feel bad putting hot sauce on. :)
by Jen R.
they make gluten free pizza and are right near the metro - always stop there before heading home after going to Trim to get my haircut love the neighborhood.
by Ann P.
The potato soup tastes like Julia Child's recipe. So delicious, it could replace the cheese in Mac and cheese. AND IT'S VEGETARIAN! Huzzah!
by Anna J.
Very good pizza. I'm a Chicago born 'n raised pizza snob, so that's saying a mouthful.
by Mike R.
Fresh gluten free cookies - Coconut peanut butter.
by Tara C.
Meh. It cut the roof of my mouth and the toppings didn't seem very fresh. Decent in a pinch.
by Joey M.
Dessert advice: Meyer Lemon/Strawberry Rose sorbettos are fantastic. There's a small rectangular chocolate cake with hard chocolate icing that is good, too. Key Lime/Red Velvet were meh, cookies= bad.
by Anna J.
If you're getting a whole pie, consider the Staven. It's one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
by Charlie S.
Great pizza, but don't bother with the gelato.
by Katherine H.
Not easily visible from the street…tucked back behind the Metro stop, next to Five Guys
by Eric A.
They try WAY too hard with some things here. Owners: Please try toning down the unusual ingredients a bit and do simple.
by Jason R.
Half price whole pizza Monday's. Need to eat in for the deal.
by wayne l.
Try the arancini! It changes daily but is incredible!

Try the crispy goat cheese salad.
by Mingbot R.
The gluten-free crust will let you get a smaller, individual-sized pizza with unlimited toppings
by Omar Y.
Get the New Haven! It's delicious.
by Ben W.
Their basic "moots" apizza is as close to New Haven as you'll get without hopping a train to CT. Also great: the plain (just sauce w/ a sprinkling of parmasan) and the clam (yum!).
by Rudi R.
The salads were a mixed bag early in but have become excellent recently.
by Darren C.
Order a whole pie—our favorite is the garlicky white clam—or by the slice, which we like topped with sausage, mushrooms, and garlic. The Sorbillo’s Original is filling and flavor-packed.
by Washingtonian Magazine
Love the spinach salad dressing. The coliseum is a bit too greasy for me.
by Katie G.
A lot of their soups are vegetarian-- do you know how rare that is in a world of chicken stock? Creamy Tomato Basil and Navy Bean are both excellent, CTB especially.
by Anna J.
Secret: for $3 they will sell you a giant lump of fresh pizza dough! Awesome if you want to make homemade pizza but are waaay too lazy to deal with things like yeast and waiting for dough to rise.
by Claire M.
Sign up for the Pete's email list and get monthly deals. Last month's was $1 slices!
by Domku Cafe
Very friendly staff. They through in 2 free cannolis right before closing because they were going to have to throw them out! Best pizza in DC--try New Haven style with goat cheese salad.
by Drew G.
Best place in DC to grab a pie, glass of Prosecco, and people watch!
by Carmen A.
The chef's choice is usually really good!
by Scott M.
I think the lunch special is $6.95 now... but still delicious!
by Callie R.
They have a delicious gluten free pizza! Just leave a little extra time for them to make it. It's a little smaller too, but worth it if you can't have gluten but miss pizza.
by Anna W.
2 slices and a small Caesar salad makes a great meal
by Nick B.
This place is amazingsauce.
by Sharon
They pipe the cannolis to order. Definitely a must!
by Danielle T.
Pizza's amazing, but skip the cookies.

Favorite pizza in DC
by David P.
Great lunch special, but don't forget about happy hour. Can't beat $2.50 pints of Lagunitas IPA.
by Greg F.
$3.30 is more than I really want to pay for a slice. But this is certainly the best pizza by the slice I've had in DC. PS the caramelized onion and pepper is excellent.
by Elizabeth S
Make sure you eat the New Haven pizza (clams) immediately as it's best that way (vs take home)
by John B.
Best pizza around!
by Justin G.
The margherita pizza is amazing
by Joshua R.
The cannolis are one of the best in town.
by Sara H.
If you like paninis give the Oliva a try.
by Sara H.
Great draft beer sold in chilled glasses. Perfect on a hot day!
by Mike W.
Went there for lunch with the Fam today. Food was great and the service was even better.
by Ken
The lunch special is great - 2 slices and a drink for $5.95.
by Gusta E.
