  • typical242001 reviewThis is the best seafood retaurant I have ever been to. The food is inventive and great. The atmosphere is enjoyable and cozy, yet modern. The service is unexpectatedly quick. The servers are genuine, trained well, and good looking. I didn't feel that one of the servers were dirty and would spit in my food.

  • ardymac reviewThe food is overpriced.Order the Sushi and Ceasar's Salad. Stay away from the Long Island Boiled unless you like tasteless, chewy things in a well prepared water broth.

  • skb25 reviewMy friend and I had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great, the service was prompt and the food was wonderful.

  • AtlantaScott reviewSome of, if not the, best seafood in Atlanta. The dining area is rather noisy but the food is very fresh and competently prepared. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone's tastes. I like the whole rock fish, prepared with vegetables and black bean sauce, and formed to appear as though it's about to leap off your plate. The sauteed Chilean sea bass is quite good also. And the oysters are flown in from all over the continent and are SO tasty!

  • johnrob364 reviewSeafood is flown in daily..never frozen always fresh,, Menu is created each day after they know what is being flown in that day..

  • jayjay1 reviewOk, my third dining experience in Atlanta, and another disappointment (see my Brasserie La Coze review). The place was nowhere near as classy as I had been led to believe - I dressed in a suit, the guy at the table next to me was wearing a backward baseball cap. In fact 50% of the crowd looked like they were Varsity regulars.Oh, and despite making a reservation the matre de seated me at probably the worst table in the restaurant, a small cramped affair, which after the waiter had left some bread on, barely left room for the cutlery. I asked for another table, and was treated politely and taken to another one, which was a big improvement over the first. Food - it was ok, again nothing special. The Oysters Rockerfellar were average, and the lobster was tasty, but small. My date didn't like her New England Clam chowder, but it tasted fine to me. He entree was very bland though, almost like the Chef had never heard of seasoning. Want a great Seafood restaurant? Farallon- unfortunately it's in SF, not ATL... All in all, I wasn't that impressed, but maybe I just expected too much.

  • youngh reviewWe went to Atlanta Fish Market last Sunday, 2/15, for dinner. The service was the worse we had ever encountered. Dinner took 2-1/2 hrs!! When dinner finally came, one dinner was missing, and that took an additional 20 minutes to come. We could never find our waiter (the water waiter was always there). We couldn't get a cup of coffee - it finally came after 20 minutes. The food was excellent, but the service made this restaurant, not worth it. We had been looking forward to going here for a year (as we had seen it featured on The Best of) We were a party of 5, and it was our son's 25th birthday.

  • trp reviewExcellent Meal-one of my best. Fried Calamari & Shrimp Potstickers. Seabass & Snapper excellent in the caper sauce. Red sauce on scallops-excellent. It is an Atlanta Must. Better than Nava.

  • Chris S.Very important - If you purchase the Buckhead Life Group gift card, you cannot apply the balance to tax or gratuity. The card is managed by a third party company and this isn't negotiable.
