Fanciest (and hugest!) pork carnitas ever. Very delish + beautiful.

Three words: Big Ass Burger. Roaring Fork is actually a lot classier than the name of its signature dish would suggest – think luxe leather couches – but that burger is to die for, y'all.

Mexican street corn is amazing. With the queso-n-guac appetizer it's practically a meal.

The fish tacos have the biggest chunks of perfectly grilled fish. Order the 2 instead of the 3, unless you're REALLY, really hungry.

They have a vegan /vegetarian meal, but it's not on the menu.

Kettle of green chilli pork + fondue pot w/ lamb chops are great. If you're looking for something lighter, try the shrimp and avocado salad. Truth be told, everything we tried so far has been amazing.

Don't order the Salmon BLT - it should be called the TLBS - $14 for 2-3 oz of Salmon, 2 strips of bacon with lots of tomatoe, lettuce and pickles

The bacon is highly peppered and tastes vaguely of jerky.
