Rusty Scupper Reviews
Going to this once popular chain our party was not expecting much. What we were given was great service, great food and the best view of Baltimore. The twin Canadian Lobsters wer the biggest surprise. Broiled to perfection and served with a butter warmer. Scallops were great and the shrimp scampi that night had the right amount of garlic without over powering the dish.
Smith Island Cake is heavenly.

Cream of crab soup and the crab stuffed shrimp were PHENOMENAL!

Crab soup was fantastic as well as the view. Sword fish and rock fish were garbage. No taste at all and very watery. Prob won't eat there again. For the price the food and service should be grade A

Get anything! Cream of crab soup is a must though.

From our review: Parmesan-breaded calamari comes off well. Char-grilled, bacon-wrapped trout and the bouillabaisse are among the menu's high points. Read more: http://bsun.md/Ljy03K

Decent food, if a bit overpriced. Perhaps it was because we showed up dressed casually, but the service was somewhat lacking ... so dress up if you're going.
