• I'm not always sure what i'm ordering, but all the food seems to be good and everyone there is very friendly. At times, later at night, we've been stuck in a section without a waitress. We flagged someone down and had great service from there. It seems that the wait staff is very attentive, but they don't want to bother you. If you need something, wave/nod to any of the servers and they rush right over. We go there at least once a week.

• We went to Blue Ginger Bellevue once. Had bad service (very slow and unhelpful server, ordered something that was never brought to us), but we enjoyed the food and the grilling experience.We decided to give them another try, and this time the service was so bad, we didn't even get a chance to taste the food. We waited many minutes to be seated despite the fact that in the whole entire place there were 2 tables with customers that all ready had their food. We figured out what we wanted, and proceeded to watch 2 wait persons and 1 busboy wandering around. One of the waiters walked by, saw we were ready to order, told us he'd be right with us, and proceeded to go and put napkins on empty tables. He then took a long walk around the perimeter of the restaurant, grabbed more napkins and went back to that same section to put more napkins on empty tables. Needless to say we were done at that point. When we got up to leave, the other waitress finally decided to address us, but at this point we were not sure we would be served competently.Too bad the service is so BAD, the food has potential!

• Stay away from the all-you-can-eat. They charge $5 per person for any leftover food, NO MATTER HOW LITTLE IT IS. I'll never eat there again!

• Service was sub par... The food is overpriced. I would avoid this place if you can. Many other Korean BBQ places in the area... Worst Korean BBQ spot I've never eaten at.

• The management has really gone downhill. Only 2 servers were taking care of ALL the tables, we waited 15 minutes just to order. Table next to us was not bussed for 30 minutes with a 6-top waiting.
