  • ChefMozThis BK burned down few years ago and was rebuilt. I hoped the service and food would improve with the rebuilding. It hasn't. I stop there every couple of months, just to see if it's any better than the last time. The food is typically cold and/or undercooked. This morning's hashbrowns were half done. The biscuit was tough and flat and cold (as was the sausage).The servers are slow and disengaged: they'd apparently rather be anywhere else. I ordered 2 bacon-cheese biscuits; I received 1 bacon-cheese biscuit and 1 sausage biscuit. Coupons confuse them (i.e. they total your bill without applying the coupon).
