P F Chang's China Bistro Reviews
Over priced Chinese food. Clean and upscale for a Chinese restaurant but the food save the lettuce rolls is very average. If anyone had ever eaten in NYC,Toronto, or San Francisco they would not call this Chinese food. The food isn't poor or bad tasting it is high priced for average food. Go to the buffet on Crestwood after 4---not only much cheaper but on a lot of dishes better.
Don't get takeout here. The portions are tiny for what you pay.

This place gets surprisingly busy for dinner. Make a reservation ahead of time!
The lettuce wraps are to die for! The honey chicken is great, too.

Chang's Spicy Chicken is a favorite

Don't sit at the bar to wait for a called-in order. Happy hour prices are no good, and the staff won't tell you when the order is ready!

Their meal for two deal is awesome. The steamed shrimp dumplings are really really good. And the Great Wall of Chocolate is always the best way to finish out the meal.

Bloody Mary is great but for $9.75 and 3 olives.

You have to sit at the bar and let Michelle order for you. Trust me ... It's worth it.

Not my thing, but my wife is a major snob when it comes to Hot & Sour soup and she says this is her favorite anywhere.

They have a great gluten free menu section!

Huge menu. Great food and service. Although I don't like the row on bench seating and small tables (for couples). Too much traffic while dining.

Order when you get there... Call center sucks.. I wanted some yummy shrimp dumplings and the gave me veggie... I know I need more veggies but I "really" wanted some shrimp.

Try the Dan Dan Noodles, they're very filling. Also check out the Kung Pao Chicken. The sauce they bring to the table? Mix it in with your rice for a yummy treat.

P.F. Changs is the best!
by David M.
Very slow service! And the waiter didn't even give me my free 4Square special...not cool. The food isn't anything to brag about either. I'm so not impressed with P.F. Chang's here in B'ham!
by Francesca D.
Plum wine great, but you only get half a glass $$.
by Jay S.
4Square specials only good during happy hour - useless any other time.
by Jay S.
Crispy Honey Chicken is probably the best dish on the Lunch menu, order online, pick it up before 4 and it's a cheaper dinner portion too!
by Jenny Y.
The Fried Rice is incredible, and the portion is huge! Enough to fill you up, and take home for another meal.
