  • lilgurl0577 reviewThis was our second time here...first time had been a slow mid-week night. Made reservations for 8:30 tonight (Friday), got there on time, and then had to wait an hour and a half to get seated. We had to fight our way through a huge and noisy crowd just to find the manager, so he could tell us to stand closer to the door and he would `take care of us.` I've never waited so long for food in my life. On the upside, once we actually did get seated, at 10pm, the food was, as it was the first time, exceptional (kinda high priced though), and the service was very quick and thorough.

  • jlwest reviewI took my wife here for a special occassion, only to be deeply disappointed. Our waiter continually promoted items we weren't interested in, to the point of making us weary. His inconsistent fake Italian accent was contrived and irritating. Especially, when he'd occassionally lapse completely into an American accent. But our appetites were completely spoiled by the hair found in our food. Unfortunately, the owner did not take any of our concerns seriously and was more concerned about money than his customers. I would even describe his response as shameful and offensive. There are plenty of good Italian restaurants from which to choose in the North End. THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM. Even the Olive Garden Puts La Dolce Vita to Shame (which isn't saying much). I should have read some of the other reviews of this place. We're not the only ones who were treated so disrespectfully.

  • Levi W.Do not go here on a Saturday! We had reservations for 7:30p and weren't sitted until 8:15p. We didn't get our mediocre food until 9:05p and when we told the owner, he brushed us off as insignificant.
