I've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years and I have to say, the staff here is the best. Great customer service and always friendly and helpful (even when getting 4 million "is ihis #vegans?").

Compared to other Starbucks, my drinks here have been consistently average. If I'm paying nearly $5 for a venti caramel machiatto, I want it to taste like one. It's average, but not the best.

It's so done...boil your Dunks coffee for 5 minutes and you've got the same bitterness for half the price.
