• Sloooooow service. Seriously how difficult is it to make a sausage mcmuffin with egg and no english muffin. Hint put an egg, sausage and cheese slice on a plate. Took them 10 minutes to make it!

• What a bunch of worthless staff. They can't even get an order right. Took it back & they got it wrong again. And the manager is a jerk acts like as ass. I gave up and demanded a refund

• Slow and disorganized. No flow to the checkout lines. The layout of the seating is odd, too. Hard to find anything.
