As a first-timer here, I ordered the Meskerem Combo and really enjoyed it. A bit of spicy beef samples, lentils, and collard greens, all served on injera. Bring a friend!

Try the doro wat. It will come with chicken legs and a boiled egg in spicy sauce. Pro tip: wind injera around the chicken leg to keep your fingers clean(er).

Eat with your hands! Tear of a piece of injera (spongy bread) and grab, then twist, a small bit of food on your plate into the injera. Now you are eating like an Ethiopian!
