• This place is a logistical disaster. The order station is before the menus and display cases. The register to pay at is randomly located and half-staffed. ...the bagels, however, were good.

• Terrible/extremely slow service. Don't think you an grab something quick on the go. Sandwiches etc take 5-10 mins prep, and ordering/paying is another 2-3mins.
