The burger is everything.
by Kate D
Try their brews in small 10 oz sizes for as low as $4! Good beers, casual appetizers, excellent atmosphere.
by Nicholas H.
The fish tacos and carbonara are really good. Nice, laid back atmosphere. The Belgian dubbel was my favorite
by Ninah Randolph
enjoyed the beer (pumpkin stout) and really enjoyed the buttermilk chicken sandwich!
by Jeff B.
The Poutine is AMAZING!!!
by Nic B.
All of the above - beer, burgers, and good times.
by Dustin H.
They can beer for you on-premise. What could be better?

What I liked: perfect crisp frites with garlic lemon peppered aioli to go along with awesome beers Shark Meets Hipster & Devil Jumped Up. Food was okay.
by Aishwarya S.
Awesome burger! Def one on the best in Chicago!
by Andrés González
Pretty tasty brews and very underrated burgers. Worth your time to check it out if you're in the area.
by Kenny U.
Delicious burgers, good price on the beer flights, really lovely pork chops, good (thin cut) fries
by Dana Jensen
Bought a growler. Great deal for $13. Wasn't a huge fan of the Throw A Brick IPA though
by Nate K.
Get the poutine fries. So so good!
by Shaun L
The beer flight is great, the burger is AMAZING. Get poutine on the side too
by Paige K.
Keep coming back for the burger and the ambience. Love the rotating beer flight flavors. Plus Dogs are allowed in the patio space.
by Nicole E.
Best burger in town! 🔝🔝🔝
by Cristina D.
Shark meets hipster!
by Ryan Altier
veggie reuben is delicious!
by jac M
The fish tacos (believe it or not) are not to be missed....and of course, great beer.
by Eduardo S
Poutine was so good. Wedge salad wasn't that good. Buttered fried chicken moist, could use a little more flavour. Dog friendly. Will bring water out for dog which I loved.
by Melody M
The burger. That's where it is at. Not too big. Juicy, not dry at all. Flavorful. Cooked just right, mid rare. Fries & dipping sauces were good too.
by Melody M
Burgers with a fried egg are awesome!
by David B.
Don't play around. Go for The Burger, you won't be disappointed... add some egg for the perfect I-hope-it-never-ends kind of burger. Oh, of course, the drafts are out of control.
by Cristian L.
Always some new beer on the menu! Food menu doesn't change but it doesn't need to - try the friend chicken sandwich. Nice patio in the summer - dog friendly
by Meredith B.
Very friendly place with excellent beers. Try the candy store rock
by eddie nice
Flight of beer and poutine. Hits the spot. Burgers are juicy here as well. Make sure you get an egg on your burger or poutine.
by John Hankus
Candy Rock Shop is a great sweet beer. Food was beyond typical bar food, but smaller than usual portions.
by Nicole K
Tacos and beer!
by Heather D.
Great beers. I'd highly recommend checking this place out.
by Robin Johannsen
The porter was delicious. If you like spicy, go for the Daytona 500. There's nothing like it. Good vibe, good service. Would absolutely come back.
by Jen Marquez
Great place to meet up with some friends and experiment with some new beers.
by Emilio C.
Definitely get the beer flight samples and don't forget to leave with a growler of your own!
by Allison K.
Order the burger. And don't you dare change any options. It's a masterpiece!
by Kevin M.
The vegetarian Reuben is to die for. Love their beers too.
by Zach S.
Great environment
by Zach S.
Poutine, The grapefruit IPA was basically a better-tasting carbonated juice - tasty (at 3% ABV)! Great food!!
by jonas
My go to brewpub! Their cheddar burger is the best in Chicago, which means a lot from a burger lover like myself. Beer changes often, and there's always something unique on tap.
by Zach D.
Mondays beer, burger, whiskey deal.
by Marissa Yennie
You can't go wrong with the burger and fries.
by Kenney M.
Brunch? hank's plate with poached eggs and ham. Past that? Burger or the vegetarian Ruben with bacon. And of course a beer
by Luiz
Love this place! More for the beer selection than the good. I got the burger, and my friend got the fried chicken. Would recommend the beer flight, really cheap and lots of beer! Friendly staff also!
by Arslaan A.
Can't go wrong with a Shark meets hipster and the Mac and cheese
by Trevor Kent
Seems like a pretty nice rotation of beers on tap if you like to try new flights every once in awhile.
by Bob D.
The olives and curds are delicious. They marinate the olives for hours in a good mix of herbs.
by Valerie
The beer flight comes in a cool holder. Great way to try all the beers
by Michael P.
Great brunch
by Emily Jurlina
Great addition to the Lakeview neighborhood! The burger is stellar.

Great fish tacos, and the Poutine was delicious!
by Jason G.
The bartender was great!!! I think he said his name was Nate.
by Greg Oswald
Very loud but the Poutine is amazing!
by Kevin D.
Great beers and atmosphere. Menu is limited though and not anything special
by Carol M.
Great craft beers
by Joe D.
Beer is good, but not as good as the food.
by Justine G.
Made-on-premise beers—available by the glass or flight—pair with a selection of hearty sandwiches, burgers, seafood and bar snacks, plus a newly launched brunch menu.
by Redeye Chicago
The hopping new brewery is just what East Lakeview needed. Get there early or keep your eyes peeled for bar seats—DryHop gets crowded and waits for tables only make it feel more like the place to be.
by Time Out Chicago
Seriously this burger. The cheese is worthy. Wash it down with a Shark Meets Hipster and bring your dog to sit on their sidewalk patio. Perfection.
by Linda F.
Excellent selection of their own brews, good food and great atmosphere.
by John C.
The Capitan's French Toast: challah, rum spiked egg, Captain Crunch crust, liquid cheesecake and blueberries. Yummy!
by Melanie D.
This is a great new hotspot in Lakeview East!!! Great food ... and good brews.
by Jai M.
Try deaths door vodka, it's fabulous.
by Zackary P.
Great beer but bartender with the beard is no fun.. Didn't let us fill up our growlers when I didn't bring my ID, even though bf had his. I walked out but he still wouldn't sell it to us.
by Beatrice E.
THE BURGER🙆🙆🙆
by Kanwar S.
attn IPA lovers: must try the Shark Meets Hipster.
by Kaitlin V.
Now with free wifi!
by Emily L.
$15 overpriced burger, bad service, decent beer. won't be eating at DryHop again
by John V.
Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Get one!
by Norbert B.
Read the ounce number on the draft beer menu. Some are 16 oz and some are 21 oz for the same price.
by Ela L.
Brant, DryHop brewmaster, knows how to make delicious, complex, full-bodied beers with ABVs that won't ruin you. Food is great and menu continues to evolve. Server Diana was awesome. Bring the kids!
by Matt L.
Eggs are at their best in DryHop's omelettes.
by Serious Eats
Go with the burger. Duck breast salad is also super tasty.
by Benedict W.
Great service and great beer..a must visit
by Steve S.
Great music with multiple QOTSA songs. Burger and all beers have been great!
by Greg M.
Overrated. Hop Leaf in Andersonville is 110x better. #JustSaying
by Vince V.
Banana beer was my favorite.
by Abbi A.
Excellent - generally we'll balanced beers. Food is good, but small plates are small. And expensive. Get the sandwich.
by Emily J
I agree with everybody on the "shark meets hipster" wheat IPA. It is very unique to any wheat beer I have ever had due to the heavy floral/fruit filled notes. Yummy
by Savannah T.
If your 1st time here, try the flights. My fav is Shark Meets Hipster.
by charlie H.
If you haven't been here what are you waiting for? Amazing food, drinks and service! Greg and and his staff don't disappoint! Oh and try the Shark Meets Hipster!
by Billy j
Beer is solid. Food would be good if they used less salt in everything.
by Yangzhi Z.
The poutine is good but the burger is AMAZING. The cheese on the burger is a raw milk cheddar and it really takes this to another level.
by Jessica
Love the Aces High brew!
by Nicolas
Service was good, food was tasty and flavorful. I don't think it was worth the price though. $11 for a single scallop. The beer, go for the beer.
by Craig W.
Go to Hopleaf.
by Scott V.
Get the flight of beers your first time to try all the brews. Shark Meets Hipster is my personal favorite.
by Anthony S.
Frog n snail? No. Wilde? No. Chilam Bilam? No. Melanthios? No. Come here for the food, stay for the beer - enjoy!
by Brian R.
What that Brian guy down there said is 100% accurate.
by Eddie C.
The beer is pretty tasty and cold. The food is horrible (lacks seasoning, served cold and just really not prepared well). Hope they can fix the kitchen. Disappointing. Probably wont be back. :(
by Darcy
The Lamb Pastrami sandwich is outstanding
by Eric M.
I'm normally a hop head but I tried the Shark Meets Hipster wheat IPA and loved it! Stuffed burger is also amazing as well as the gourmet fries
by Lori W
The Burger is amazing. The service is fantastic. Atmosphere is good, too.
by Adam L.
Their saison is wonderfully spicy and has a hint of lime to it. I forget the name but it has something to do with vampires.
by Drew H.
Get the flight, great deal!
by radstarr
Space age growler taps are awesome. Make sure to fill up on six dollar Saturday.
by John G
Batch 001 is smooth with high drinkability. Fries *look* amazing. Next time...
by Angie T.
If you enjoy wheat beers, you need to try the Shark Meets Hipster beer
