Lines were out the door at the "other" high ranked pizza joint. Walked right in for a table, a great craft beer, and wow-what a pie!
by Brad T
The counter guy at Pizanos just yelled "F you" at me three times! Accused me of "throwing" the bill at him. No, I did not throw the bill at him, he was apparently having a bad day.
by Christi R
The thin crust pizza and the service was the best compared to any other pizzeria. This is the trifecta of pizza from the beginnings with Uno and Malnati's - Pizano's is the trifecta of Chicago pizza
by Raed M.
Really good pizza! Loved their meat lovers!
by Carlos L.
Truly authentic Chicago atmosphere. The deep dish pizza was amazing!
by Alida S.

by Ben G.
Gnocchi is amazing, definitely recommend
by Sabrina Detzel
Amazing deep dish pizza! So so good! This will be added to our pizza night rotation. The toasted raviolis are very good, too.
by Stephanie C.

by Melody M
Great bar and great pizza!
by Don J
Best pizza in Chicago!
by Tom Duberville
The individual deep dish pizza was more than enough food. It was awesome, although you have to take into account that it takes 30 minutes to make (it's worth it nom nom nom).
by Diana Ab
If you're in the area and want a great deepdish pizza then look no further but it will take 30 to 40 mins to make!!

by Prathamesh
Good for groups. Down to business. Good eats.
by James J.
Rudy’s Special deep dish comes loaded with sausage, mushroom, onion and green pepper while Chad’s Special thin crust includes chunks of chicken with housemade barbecue sauce.
by Eater
Love this place, great pizza, pasta, cocktails, atmosphere, and service. Sit at the bar.

Best Martinis!!!!!!
by Bridgette W.
The chopped salad as an entree, or to share. Best chopped I've ever had. Hands down. Also, the Rudy's special. Dynamite!
by Lisa G.

by Michelle R.
Amazing Service.....and Great food and Mixology!!!!
by Tina M.
You know the pizza is great but so is the Italian wedding soup!
by Denise C.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and very good even when packed. Fried ravioli was great, loved the marinara ¬ usually a fan. The thin crust pizza was where it's at, better than their deep dish.
by Sarah P.
Great food, service not so much :-(
by Velvet S.
chopped salad is amazing!
by Leah M.
Forget Giordano's or any other "authentic Chicago" pizza place. Pizano's is the best. Hands down.
by Elisha C.

Amazing deep dish pizza!!!

Get the thin crust pizza!
by Ryan M.
Best thin crust pizza in Chicago. (It's the crunchy, buttery, pastry-like crust.) Place your order w/the host while waiting for your table.
by Megan L.
Best thin-crust pizza in the city. Buttery, crispy, crunchy, flaky, and delicious.
by Matthew L.
Rudy's Special is a monstrous concoction, topped with cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers, takes up to 30 minutes to cook all the way through. Request in advance!

This place is the tits.
by Joe H.
I really wanted to like this place, but the pasta wasn't satisfying. I also didn't enjoy the "cafeteria-style" ordering system. I've heard good things about the pizza, so perhaps I should try again.
by Jennifer S.
Their spin dip is phenomenal as is their deep dish!
by Meg
So good! And open late!!
by Laura D.
Rudy Malnati Jr. and his mother—who still makes every ball of dough—carry on the tradition of Chicago-style pizza in this festive Gold Coast spot. The buttery deep-dish remains among Chicago’s best.
by Chicago magazine
The pasta was bland and the soup was salty. I'm not sure why everyone's raving about their pizza, I found it far to greasy with lack of flavor.
by Jeremiah K.
30-40 minute wait per pizza, but so worth it. Their thin crust definitely worth the reputation.
by Peri K.
Great thin crust piled high with extra toppings! Hands down my favorite
by Lesley S.
Thin crust pizza is unbelievable! It's unlike anything I've ever had!!
by Jaclyn E.
I'm not normally a fan of deep dish, but WOW! Try the Rudy's Special. The mozzarella and sausage are magically delicious.
by Amanda A.
The butter-crust deep dish is great with a Guinness.
by Karl H.

The thin crust pizza is fantastic!
by Roy S.
What can I say? It's hot, it's fresh, it's served in a downtown bar atmosphere and it's on State Street! It's awesome!
by Michael C.
Best deep dish pizza on earth
by Douglas O.
It was so good, I don't know if I can go back to regular pizza. I'll be back Chicago.. I'll be back!
by Duane B.
Make sure you're willing to wait 30-40 minutes for the deep dish. Better get an app while you wait.
by Curt R.
If you like spicy, order the "Hot mama," add chicken. Soo good!
