• Everybody told me this place was great, so maybe I was expecting too much. This place was chain generic and not upscale as I was told. Food portions were large but the quality was only on par with other chains. For the money, I expected so much more. I recommend finding a place with better food and more local flavor.

• I really enjoy coming to Chicago and eating at the Cheescake Factory! I know most people think it is quite expensive, but if you know that you and someone else you are going with want the same thing, you can easily split it between the two of you! I'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but their carrot cake is awesome!!

• After a long day of Sipping Starbucks and shopping at Old Navy I love to eat at the cheesecake factory. I wouldn't mind being a slave-wage serf at this factory!!! The diversity of the crowd in our hour-long wait helps me embrace the essence of the city: Old Navy, Gap, Bannana Republic all blur together as one (I even saw an Abecrombie -- gasp!). Trully this is Utopia. The menu is TDF [to die for]. And the ADs inter mingled in the menu remind me of my worth as an American consumer (18-35. Natch). Other restaurants ruin the moment by focusing on the food; but the Factory knows if I wanted mood I'd go to one of Chicago's world-class rrestaurants, what they offfer is so much more -- a role in Americanna. To cap off the evening I like to walk [no, I'm serious] a block south to Eli's and get a nice piece of their World Famous Cheesecake.

• The cheesecake really is good. The menu is ridiculously large, but you'll probably find something you like. Just save some (a LOT of) room for dessert, or get a slice to go. Beware the other desserts like the mud pie...you don't want to try eating that alone!

• We visit your restaurant frequently and Wednesday, July 27th was an exceptional day because we wanted to try your other deserts listed on your menu...well, we were greatly disappointed. The apple dumpling was substandard to the quality of desserts served anyware, soggy, undercooked crust. The same went for the apple crisp (which should be renamed as the apple limp). I guess the advice is to stick to the cheese cake.

• I love this place! The food, drink, and cheesecake menus read like a novel. Try the rock shrimp sandwich with bacon it's great. There is a long wait no matter when I've gone. Atmosphere? Awesome, it's like being in a giant mushroom, suprises everywhere.

• The Cheesecake Factory, now famous in several locales all over the United States, has perhaps its best location hidden within the basement of the Hancock Center. Walking in, you immediately feel as though you were inside what can only be described as a foamy giant glass of cappucino. Though it may take awhile to get a seat, the wait is definitely worth it. The portions are monstrous, the food is reasonably priced, the service is indeed seamless. I drove 5 hours from Detroit just to eat there, if that says anything.
