Uncommon Ground Reviews
The food is quality, healthy and tasty at the same time. I like restaurants whose food tastes like the ingredients are straight out of your grandma's garden, and this place feels like that. The atmosphere is perfect for a cafe. Unlike some artsy places that are cool and creative, but are dirty and unorganized, Uncommon Ground is clean and stylish. But there is a warm, around-the-fireplace feel about the restaurant. They have art for sale on the walls and my favorite is the back room where the windows have huge pillow-covered benches lining them for seating to some of the tables. White twinkly lights line the windows and their hot chocolate is a rich treat in the winter. They bring in awesome bands and solo performers and the whole experience is always calm and filling. In the day time, it's a perfect place to go with a group of friends to catch up, or go alone to study. In the evening, take date or a group to have a relaxing night of entertainment. The patio in the summer is wonderful too!
Sweet potato fries with goat cheese fondue are amazing. Excellent cocktails and sangria -- highly recommend the agripolitan.
Vegan Chilaquiles with the accompanied sauce is ZOMG♡

Casual atmosphere, serious food and drinks. The burger rocked my world, and they list their beers by how many miles they had to travel to get to the restaurant from the brewery.

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Unfriendly service, and the management is a disaster.

Uncommon Ground is calm and charming, the perfect respite from the crowded pubs and wall-to-wall TVs. Plus, you can order honest-to-goodness vegetables here.

Their cole slaw is lame. Which is odd because their menu rocks. They somehow skipped this detail.

They have gone though the whole process of being a organic local restaurant , but they have no bottled water ? And they serve unfiltered tap water ? Good food but bring your own water ...
