  • batchmaker_2 reviewLao Sichuan is its Chinese name. I've been there twice. Food was fantastic on my 1st visit in Jan, 2000 and becoming not that great on my 2nd visit in Aug 2001. But still the most genuine Sichuan/Chengdu(my hometown) food I've ever had in Midwest.

  • Mike S.This is great Sichuan food. Recommendations: Ma Po Tofu, Bok Choy with Chilis, and Spicy Cabbage. The Dry Chili Chicken and Dan Dan Noodles were fine, but skipable if you're willing to be adventurous.
