The food here was amazing! Best Salmon, Escargot and although I don't eat meat, my friends said the stake melted in their mouths. Even the dessert was delicious.

Dirk Flanigan, chef of Il Coniglio (coming soon), eats here on his nights off. He loves the Burgundy snails "escargot".

The chilled seafood tower ($175)—overflowing with oysters, clams, shrimp, mussels, crab legs and more—really steals the show. A voracious appetite and/or several friends is strongly recommended.

The menu here is classic French Bistro (pommes frites, white wine mussels, steak tartare) perfectly executed. The decor is contemporary New York, but the crowd is all Chicago.

Try Maude's roast chicken. With meat this you'd swear was brined is actually seasoned overnight with salt, sugar and Espelette peppers. The half chicken is roasted gold, served with a spring onion.
