  • ChefMozI was recently in the very small town of Clarksville, Michigan, and stopped in the local pizza place. Although it is primarily a pizzeria, I ordered the cashew chicken salad. It was a generous salad served in a taco shell dish. The salad had ample chicken, pineapple and cashews along with the lettuce greens. Very tasty.Since it was a hot day, I also ordered a "single" dip cone. Wow, what a dip it was. More like a double dip at many places. Nice friendly service too! There were several locals there enjoying what looked and smelled like delicious pizza. Their menu has a variety of pizzas, grinders, sandwiches, salads, and of course, ice cream!
