Fire Food & Drink Reviews
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Cleveland. Forget Michael Symon; Doug Katz is truly a creator. The meals both simple and extremely flavorful. They are definitely part of the local food movement but in a far less obnoxious, oh-we're-so-hip-and-socially-aware way than some of the newer restaurants coming along. The duck confit is always good. If the rather steep entree prices are too rich for your wallet, the Sunday brunch is quite affordable and tasty.
Try the crispy duck confit. Absolutely delicious. Not fatty and the skin is crisped to perfection. Get the full portion (2 legs) if you're feeling hungry; they definitely don't skimp on portion size!

Go here a lot - Doug runs a good ship. Duck leg has never been off the menu since i can remember and it is delicious. Also one of the dishes in the tandoor oven - whole fish or ribeye - is unique.

This is my go to spot! Doug is always so nice, goes to each table to make sure everything is perfect. I recommend the summer seafood stew and the peach melba for dessert!

Great food, ambiance, and location. Slow food has been slow to come to Cleveland, Doug Katz and the team at Fire are at the lead.
