  Superior Pho serves the best Pho I've found in Cleveland. Well worth hunting this out for lunch. The No.3 or "Pho tai chin" is a combination of well done brisket and rare eye-round steak and a firm favorite. Service is quick and friendly and the meals are reasonably priced. I would also recommend the 4a or "Thjt nuong cuon" as an appetizer - Rice paper rolls with grilled marinated pork, herbs & vermicelli noodles with some excellent dipping sauce.
