• Terrible Service. The worst experience ever! We waited for two hours for our food. We left without ever getting served. Manager said it was because we ordered steak.... Jeff the Manager said they would not charge for the drinks, but we were charged! Called the Manager to say we were not credited and was told again he would credit us back.. Still have been refunded. Email the company to complain and they haven't even responded!! Will never go there again!

• My husband and I and our 2 friends came to Lucky's for dinner on Tuesday 2/7/07. Love their food, however, the service was terrible. As we arrive and wait to be seated, the hostess is talking on her phone. We stand there for about 5 minutes, all the time there are 4-5 servers plus kitchen staff tickling and laughing at each other. You would think that one of them might seat us. No. Finally someone else comes from the back area to seat us and picks up menus and just starts walking. Doesn't say to follow her, so we didn't. She turns around and looks at us, I asked her if she were waiting for us, her response was "Well yes" to say the least, no guest service at all.
