• Rated consistently as one of America's Best Burgers. Advice for Newbies: Hamburger or Cheeseburger. American or Swiss (a new development- *GASP*). Fries or Onion Rings. Raw Onions optional. Pickle chips, catsup and mustard on the tables. THAT'S the menu (don't expect a printed one). Waitresses that know their stuff and have been there longer than they will probably admit. Pay at the bar (no check either) on the honor system. DON'T even THINK of cheating. Leave a nice tip and exit with a warm sensation in your belly. A Dearborn Classic.

• I used to go to Miller's about 20 years ago for great burgers and beer. Please tell me that they still hold to the tradition of "honor system" billing, whereby you go up to the cashier at the end of the night and tell him/her what you had to eat and how many beers you drank! I really miss it!

• I was disappointed. Burger cooked inconsistently (half was medium, half well), no seasoning, and not cheap ($12 for burger, drink, and o-rings). Great service but I've had vastly better burgers.
