  • ChefMozI went through the drive through, and told the lady that I wanted 2 Chicken biscuits with cheese and 2 sweet tea's. After repeating it to them twice....I STILL only got ONE of my chicken biscuits. When I called, they said I wasn't charged for two biscuits and didn't even offer to fix the mistake. HEY ... My tea was yummy. blah!

  • ChefMoz The food was good. However, they were out of two items ordered and their coffee maker was not working. I asked for no gravy, and the steaks and potatoes were covered with gravy. The Manager was loudly conversing with an employee about her cash drawer being short and that she would probably be fired. Another customer offered to make up the shortage. Other employees were making remarks and one was arguing with someone on her cell phone, using profanity. Horrible atmosphere, unprofessional management. My last visit to this location.

  • ChefMozI went to Store #309 in Douglasville and ordered some chicken and dumplings. They said that they were out and it would be 30 minutes before they would be ready. So, not living too far away I came back about 40 minutes later only to be told it would be about 6 minutes longer. They server asked me was I going to leave or wait. I told her I would wait if she were sure it was only going to be 6 minutes. She said there was only 6 minutes left on the timer and they would be ready. So I waited. Ten minutes went by and I went back to the counter and the server told me that they had just put the dumplings in and it would be another 18 minutes. When I asked her why didn’t she tell me this before, she just shrugged her shoulders. Never again!(Original review date 31 Oct 2006)
