Little Angie's Cantina and Grill Reviews

I have eaten at Little Angie's several times. While the food is fairly typical if you don't expand your horizons (think Chi-Chi's or every other Mexican Chain) I think that the different touches, such as the edition of wild rice or BBQ burritos, were excellent and brought a nice, northern, flair on what could be boring. They kept the same old standards to keep the boring people happy, but made some additions to keep it interesting. In reference to the above review...the beers in Canal Park are only high priced to people who have never been out of Duluth/Superior, and most "Mexican" restaraunts who hire Mexicans don't serve ANYTHING that resembles Mexican food - rather they serve Americanized Mexican food. by ChefMoz.org
First of all, its in the city of Duluth, which means no smokes after your meal or even while your sucking down high priced Canal Park beers. Food was not even close authentic Tex-Mex or Mexican. They need to hire real Mexicans to formulate dishes and cook them, a concept that has worked well in many cities in the US. by ChefMoz.org
