• Chai Latte's shouldn't have espresso in them. So if that's what you serve, you should probably let us know so we aren't unhappy and grossed out by our drink.

• Service is very slow. Food is mediocre and over priced. Cashiers don't know how to do basic math. The chai latte is actually a dirty chai (1 shot of espresso), not what they advertise it as.
