• On 9/10/06, our dining experience at Pearl Ridge Mall's California Pizza was AWFUL. The hosts were informed of our party of nine, and they told us they would have to charge us 18% gratuity and that the wait was 45 to 60 minutes. We gave suggestions, such as pushing empty neighboring tables together. However, they refused because the tables belonged to different wait stations. In other words, they rather lose customers than lose their tips.

• Make sure they cook your pasta correctly. Freshly cooked pasta should not be hard and stuck together. Fail, CPK kitchen staff. This is a sad and easily preventable fail.

• Kid-friendly pizza that all in the ohana will like: BBQ chix w/ bacon! Ask for cilantro to be omitted. Onions are sweet (or easily removable). Bacon, chix, BBQ sauce are a hit with the keiki!

• Kung Pao Spaghetti sounds like some kind of Frankenstein Fusion dish, but it works! Add the Chicken or Shrimp for more heartier appetites.
