• Daily pasta was herb infused tagliatelle with mushrooms & prosciutto and it was amazing. Love the focaccia & lavosh with curry hummus too - really addictive. Service is inconsistent and a bit slow...

• Be sure to check out Mt. Kaala Coffee Company in the lobby - fantastic locally roasted beans. Employees of other hotels *ahem* walk over here for the best lattes in the neighborhood.

• Go on Friday nights because Hilton Hawaiian Village next door has fireworks! Make reservations EARLY!!!! Ask for table 70, you won't regret it and you'll be thanking me for the suggestion. :-)
