    Cochito con Mole Xico, which is a braised pork shoulder, with mashed plantains and papilla dried plum sauce from Veracruz. And if Hugos Plum sauce is anything like the Plum Wine Reduction I had at Babitas Mexicuisine, oh Lord watch out.
