Service CAN be spotty if you don't come in the evening, but over all a good, not great, experience I rate this place 3.5 out of 5 before 5pm

Fast, friendly, and good looking waitresses! Order was correct, as always. Food was amazing. Friendly staff checked up on us including hostess and manager!

Terrible service from the waitress or lack there of, no ketchup and ran out of schooners but the hostess (while an IU fan) was nice and took care of us.
