  • If you have a complaint, call McDonald's corporate directly off the website. The complaint hotline number on their lawn is a number *they* run. It isn't a corporate number.

  • Don't try going between 3-5am. This "24 hour" establishment is closed. Always one of two reasons: systems are down or credit card machines not working. They've been reported to corporate. Asshats.
