• They do not care. I have complained many times, by phone, on their website but nothing changes. 80% of the times that I have been there, my order is incorrect (even drinks). I am done with Sonic.

• Uncooked food(chicken sandwich) and terrible customer service(everyone thinks they're the manager until they hear there's something wrong). On top of that, unprofessional management.

• Never Ever Coming Back!!!! The woman that took our order was extremely rude, they were out of everything, and it took forever!!! We were one of 3 cars in the parking lot!!! WTF!!! I wont be back!!!
