Every other week my husband's company places a very big order at the Kailua, Zippy's. The workers let him pick up the order for lunch at 10 a.m.On December 2, 2006; when he called to place another very large order, he was told it could not be done. He tried to tell the woman on the phone he does this twice a month, so she asked her manager and the manager said NO.Since it was too late to order from another place; my husband was delayed bringing back the lunch for the employees. On the phone he was treated very rudely; but as soon as he went in to pick up his order; manager and employees were extremely courteous to him.He has told the manager because of her behavior that his company will never order from Kailua Zippy's again.We are frequent visitors to many Zippy's around the island of O'ahu; but this is unexcusable behavior for a manager.I am writing this for my husband; since he is still quite upset at this incident.A dissatisfied customer.
