Mori Sushi Reviews
Superb. Either way - Omakase or a la carte. Get some if their unique sushi. Many fish from Japan. Home made tofu is awesome.

Josiah Citrin, chef of Mélisse, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Homemade tofu.

One of the best sushi bars in California. Don't do anything but omakase. There's a seasonal starter arrangement that is amazing, and of course always different!

Can't tell the difference between Japanese and Santa Barbara uni? Let chef Masanori Nagano explain. Still unsure? You need to try both one more time. Just make sure to save room for seared barracuda.
Though chef Mori is no longer preparing sushi here, the quality still remains at this ultra high-end sushi omakase restaurant, with an extreme dedication to quality in every ingredient.
omakase ftw. very creative, great quality.

Do yourself a favor and sit at the bar and order an omakase. I guarantee you will not regret it. Best Japanese I've been to.

How was it? You're an educated person and that is a stupid question. Mori's is amazing every time! It's all about #trust, let Mori make the calls. Like this sweet tofu dessert -- amazing!

Get the Chef's Special...its pricey but worth every penny!

Just sit at the bar and ask them to make you stuff. Skip the menu.

The clam is cloaked in a salty rich miso followed by two types of toro sushi: bluefin and bigeye tuna.
