• Disappointing with service and food on a Sunday lunch. My friend had specifically asked no sesame seeds had to ask for it to be redone after 30 mins of waiting. Gone downhill a lot :(

• Nice food but extremely slow service. Don't understand any Japanese words from the menu, which makes ordering difficult. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert, and charged us for the rice they never brought

• The lunch buffets are tasty and amazing value. But avoid the matcha green tea ice cream—the texture's not that great (lots of big ice crystals).

• Sit upstairs for a slightly more authentic feel. I come here every year with Manchester Jitsu club. Can't recommend it highly enough. If you want a taste of everything, get the Samurai selection.
