• The dining area is always infested with Mormons - go to the cocktail lounge and hang with the always fun heathens!

• Eat in the bar (The Florentino Room). The restaurant section is for tourists! And you only get the world class bean dip in the bar. Cheese crisp (home style) and green chile burro are mandatory.

• Green Chili Enchilada is my favorite. Next is the soft beef taco. Ask for Dennis. He is a great server. Can't wait until they reopen in September!

• I LOVE the tortillas they wrap the bean, and green chili burros in. My favorite thing is the green chili enchiladas. I LOVE those things. I also love the soft beef tacos.
