  • mediakit reviewWe greatly anticipated our meal at Delmonico's. What should have been a great dining experience turned out to be a great dissapointment. The service sucked. Our waitress had the personality of a typical fast food worker. The food was lackluster. The portions were small. But the price was large! The wine list was completely outragious, $90 for a domestic California red that sells for 9-20 in the supermarket. $350 to 450 for a nice bottle of red, that sells for $40 in the markets. This restaurant screams 'tourist trap'. I could never justify eating there again, or paying those prices for a nice meal in a city such as New Orleans. Even the theme restaurants located within strolling distance offers much better dining selections. But it will be interesting to see how long a place like this can ride on the coat-tails of it's celebrity owner.

  • lcbryant reviewWe were highly disappointed with Delmonico. The main courses were very good, but the side dishes were no better than we make at home. The service was not that great either. There are much better places to eat for the price!
