New Orleans is a food city, and plenty of "celebrity chefs" have at least one restaurant in the Crescent City. I wanted to experience some of the best food in the city, so we patronized some of the big-name places...

  • jimrob reviewOver rated and over priced. We paid $80.00 for lunch for two, that I wouldn't give 8.00 to have again. The staff was very attentive, but the food was served COLD.

  • hharada reviewService was outstanding. The sauce with my pecan crusted flounder, however, totally overwhelmed the delicate nature of the flounder. Daughter's broiled gulf fish also overwhelmed by the sauce. There seemed a lot of conflict between the quality control people and the chefs that night. Recall son-in-law had a couple filets which were excellent. Have eaten at Emeril's in New Orleans and enjoyed the atmosphere and food much more.

  • lcbryant reviewWe both agree that this was the most incredible dining experience of our lives! The food was absolutely fantastic - as was the service, the atmosphere,, everything. If you only eat at one restaraunt in New Orleans, we highly recommend NOLA!

  • RogerRabbit reviewYou really have to pick carefully here to make sure you get something you want. I hated what I ordered but LOVED what my wife ordered. One problem is that the place is VERY crowded for dinner with tables one on top of another.
