  • carltonchoc reviewTourist trap. Food was below mediocre, prices above average even for Newport. Fried calamari, was limp instead of crispy, and was spread around the plate to look as if the plate was full. Bag of doughnuts was tasteless!. My fish dish was to have `coconut Foam` on it but didn't, neither did my companion's. We weren't asked how we wanted the fish cooked, hers was rare and mine was overdone! The waiters are trained in selling water. The entres are ala carte,$5 for a bowl of tasteless `Jasmine`(white) rice, or other vegetables.
