Quigley's Pint & Plate Reviews
After reading several good review for this place, I gusee my expectations were probably set a little too high.Stoped at Franks for dinner one evening, Ordered a Steak.Extremely slow service, waitstaff seemed indifferent as I pointed out I had been there 20 minutes with not so much as anyone asking if I had been waited on. This was after the 30 minute wait to be seated.Food was average, " I guess I was expecting more, based on what now appears to be STACKED reviews."
Holly smoke. What a great place to eat and have a romantic evening.Skip sitting inside, go for the outback.Small white lights are everywhere. You dine under a huge white tent. All the seafood is fresh, never frozen. The pan fried grouper is to die for. If you like tuna, get it here. The waiter was great. If you only have time to visit one restaurant while on vacation in Pawleys Island or Litchfield, make it this one. PS The place is usually packed even in the winter months, so make a reservations.
Excellent food make sure to get the sweet potato fries!
Fried green tomatoes for an app and the seared scallops and grit cakes for entree, phenomenal!

Irish stout on St. Patrick's was very good.
Best in the app menu. Nachos. Great stuff. Add wings and a cold beer. Nothing's better.

Really enjoyed this place!. The beer was fantastic, the swampfox, not overly hoppy but a very smooth ipa. Had the nachos and what a treat that was! A must visit spot in the area!

Nice little local bar/brewery. The wheat beer is fantastic. Wings were so-so, but acceptable for the south I suppose. Their IPA is a nicer dark Beer

Try the Low Country Roll. It is completely yummy.

If you order a beer that's not made in-house, you should just leave. Josh, the brewmaster, can do no wrong.
