  • ChefMozComing from the Southwest (New Mexico), the closest to authentic pizza my wife and I have ever come close to is Dion's.While we had to wait, we enjoyed a fruity bottle of wine and a couple of beers in the cozy Bar Bianco.Next, we got our pizza. We ordered the Wiseguy. I had never seen a pizza like this, with actual large slices of sausage and no sauce. But the real kicker was the mozeralla cheese. It had a very distinct smoky flavor I had never encountered before. I was very impressed. While it was not what I was used to in a pizza, I would have to say it was the best testing ever. And I would recommend people to try it if they are ever in Phoneix.

  • ChefMozI am a 2nd generation Italian from Brooklyn, NY and have eaten pizza all my life. I have been to all the great pizzarias in the NY area including, Lombardi's, Spumoni Gardens, Tottonos and many others. None can touch Pizzeria Bianco. You have to taste it to believe how good a pizza can be. The only problem with having eaten Chris' pizza is is I am never happy eating pizza anywhere else anymore.

  • Jen J.Amazing! Loved the Margherita and the Rosa. Need to go back asap!

    55555 by Jen J.

  • Omer K.Strongly recommend trying the Rosa (red onion, parmigiano reggiano, rosemary, and local AZ pistachios) with additional roasted mushrooms. Meatless yet still savory and excellent.

    55555 by Omer K.

  • ToryBurchPeople come from all over for this world-famous pizza, and then wait hours for a table. Try the Rosa with red onion, rosemary and Arizona pistachios.

  • Kate B.It may not sound appealing to traditional red sauce pizza people, but try the pizza with pine nuts. I was surprisingly blown away.

  • Elena G.Bring games to make your wait go fast. Go to bar bianco next door after putting your name on the list to get some drinks and play games, they'll call for you. 3 hours of wait are not bad that way.

    33333 by Elena G.

  • Kelli B.It's worth the wait. Hang out next door at Bar Bianco and enjoy your company.

    55555 by Kelli B.

  • Slice Pizza BlogBEST. PIZZA. EVER. You can't go wrong with anything here. The Rosa is outstanding, however. If you don't get here early (the line is INSANE), come late in the evening, when it's easier to get a table.

  • Annemarie B.Best pizza in Phoenix. Long wait but well worth it. Visit the wine bar they have next door while waiting and order some antipasto. The beefsteak tomato and mozzarella salad is THE BEST!

  • Helen L.It's kind of like sex for the first time after an excruciating first date. All that anticipation, and then it's over in 15 minutes. Oh, and it was pretty good.

    33333 by Helen L.

  • Ellis Three fucking hours of waiting for some mediocre pizza. Nothing better than what I could have gotten at home in Minnesota, for half the price and a micro fraction of the wait. Trash.

    33333 by Ellis

  • Ellis Come early! Like, really early! It opens T 5pm, but even coming an hour early will be too late.

    55555 by Kris P.
