  • ChefMozComing from the Southwest (New Mexico), the closest to authentic pizza my wife and I have ever come close to is Dion's.While we had to wait, we enjoyed a fruity bottle of wine and a couple of beers in the cozy Bar Bianco.Next, we got our pizza. We ordered the Wiseguy. I had never seen a pizza like this, with actual large slices of sausage and no sauce. But the real kicker was the mozeralla cheese. It had a very distinct smoky flavor I had never encountered before. I was very impressed.While it was not what I was used to in a pizza, I would have to say it was the best testing ever. And I would recommend people to try it if they are ever in Phoneix.

  • ChefMozI am a 2nd generation Italian from Brooklyn, NY and have eaten pizza all my life. I have been to all the great pizzarias in the NY area including, Lombardi's, Spumoni Gardens, Tottonos and many others. None can touch Pizzeria Bianco. You have to taste it to believe how good a pizza can be. The only problem with having eaten Chris' pizza is is I am never happy eating pizza anywhere else anymore.
