Picasso's Ristorante Reviews
This little gem is never crowded. The pasta dishes are outstanding and the service is very good; the only thing that one could call lack-luster is the salad bar; not that it's bad or anything, just that it is sort of limited. But tasty; you have to give it that. We've visited at least a half dozen times in the past year and the food is always excellent, the portions are ample, and the service is friendly and very attentive. The combination platter is a great choice if you can't decide between the lasagna and the cannelloni; the garlicy shrimp dishes will ensure that you and your dining companion both enjoy the order. Prices are low, the food is good, and the service is excellent. The only drawback? Bring your own chianti; they'll uncork it and pour it for you but cannot sell wine due to their proximity to a school. Aside from that, it's everything you are searching for in a family-run Italian restaurant that doesn't serve pizza. The name is Spanish but the atmosphere and food is pure Italian.
Service as memorable as it should be, this is a gem. BYOB too. Definitely recommend it. Family Owned

Of all the joints we've tried for "true" Italian in this part of Texas, Picasso's is closest to the real deal.
