Best pho in Portland at a great price!
by S J
The plate portioning is surprisingly filling. The only gripe I have is their seating system. Worth the wait if you're going with a party of 3 or more.
by Leo H.
Get the namesake dish and the cola coffee. You're welcome
by Shane Z
Came with a group and got super quick and friendly service. And the food was great!
by Bastian Greshake
We had the Pork Bahn Mi, crispy veggie rolls & the Steak & Meatball Pho. All 3 were top notch. Ambiance was just as good as the food, with some old school hip hop bumpin on the stereo! Loved it A++
by Nicole D
The pho and tom yum soup are amazing. Also, some pretty fantastic curries. Great cocktails, too.
by Brad Tait
Great place, love the food and the music!
by Eri J
Order the Luc Lac steak but be warned they won't ask you how you want it cooked. That's because it only comes one way - perfect.
by Michael C.
Love the classic beef phon and the crispy rolls! Great prices for high quality, delicious good.
by Sara J.
Great bubbles selection, trendy vibes
by Emily L
Cream Cheese Wonton + Crispy Tofu Rolls + Tofu Peanut Stir Fry Curry + Lychee Juice
by Varadh J
Great pho, friendly service, nit expensive! Paid 8 dollars for a loooot of pho. Try the coconut water ginger ale!
by Eugene M
Melhor pho que já tomei. Ótimo sabor e tamanho. Serve duas pessoas e custa 8 dólares.
by Clarissa I
O grilled shrimp é sensacional. Se você pede com noodles vem com 2 rolinhos primavera. É uma prato muito bem servido e gostoso por 10 dólares.
by Clarissa I
Late night happy hour. Not exactly cheap, but definitely tasty.
by Amber Lowey
Everything looked amazing. I tried the Pho, it was really yummy and heartening. 😄
by Mauricio Q.
The Luc Lac specialty plate is 💯
by Joseph Le
The line moves pretty quickly. It's about 2-3 minutes wait/person ahead of you.
by Matt S.
Nothing - poor service- average food
by Nikhil S
Quick service, delicious pho, and a good (but busy) atmosphere, especially during warm weather when the front is open. I recommend the meatball and brisket pho. So damn good.
by Ian D
During happy hour you can small dishes for two dollars. The main courses are pretty big as well. Good value for money!
by Yalçin J
About to find out if Portland beats LA's #NONGLA
by Lorraine S.
The place has got a hipster vibe to it and the food is amazing!
by Brian J
Long wait for standard Vietnamese fare. Pay-upfront queueing system forces customers to loiter outside to the obvious benefit of the restaurant.
by Oliver L
GOOD late night spot, seating is tight and efficient, inexpensive, cute hipster servers, legit cocktails and menu options. BAD pho soup had too much sugar and MSG, was totally parched the next day.
by Caroline Chung
Great place! Don't let the queue scare you off, it goes really fast. Delicious food! We had pho and peanut curry, all good!
by Virginie E
Amazing! Wish the servers would actually look like they like their job though!
by Jennifer R.
Coconut curry! I did mine vegetarian and it was dope...best I've had in Portland!

The umbrellas on the ceiling are really cool. It gets pretty crowded so expect a 15 min wait around dinner time.

The train pho is really good, also most of the vermicelli bowls. One of my favorite happy hour spot in town~

Great happy hour! Small dishes are overpriced outside of happy hour, but the food is delicious! Honey chicken skewer, bomb. The bowls are really good, portions are generous.

Yes, they DO use MSG, they've even admitted it themselves. See the Yelp reviews.

Elegant space, innovative drinks, and modern interpretations of Vietnamese cuisine. More hit than miss, more legit than most !

The cocktails here are Vietnamese-influenced and the pho worth a trek, but the spring rolls can't be beat.

by Ryan T.

by Stevonno A.
Bit too much "Brooklyn" attitude from the staff, but the food is quite good. Go between 4p - 7p and enjoy the Happy Hour menu. $2 plates. Try a bunch if things, but don't miss the shrimp skewers.
by Sereita C.
Train pho was large and delicious.
by Justin
I know it seems like the staff wear a uniform here, but really they all just dress that way.
by Katya D.
Try the lemongrass tofu stir fry - extra saucy please!

Great stop for vegetarians. Veggie pho with veggie broth - fresh rolls with tofu. Would have preferred more veg - less noodle - but a solid pick for inexpensive quick meal downtown
