Divey diner, eclectic, filler-up, tasty. Had chicken fried steak today was perfectly cooked, moist, full of flavor. Even the hash browns (which restaurants rarely get right), were amazing good.

Drunken munchies or Hangover recovery food. Call it what you will, it's great! B'fast all day.

Charming. Cool lil place in the wall. Hilarious menu, worth reading the whole thing. Excellent coffee and some seriously crispy bacon. I'd go again.

I've had the grilled chicken sandwich on wheat twice, and both times it was delicious! There are better daytime food options but at night this place is a great!

Great service, amazing breakfast, and fantastic location. Only issue is listening to drunk bitchy chicks at the table next to you.
by Cole D.
As many have said, the Roxy is what it is, and it is excellent and being exactly that. Music just went from Adele to NWA back to Adele...I'm not sure if that is relevant at all, but it just might be.

Best service staff in Portland especially April.

Get the Siegfried & Roy with country gravy. It's the best thing you'll ever put in your mouth.

Just jerked a bunch of their prices up. Again. I guess no one told them the market crashed and their prices were already too high. Wooooo. Fucking a.

Love that it's open 24 hours. Such an awesome thing.

Bizzaro restaurant. Great food & great coffee. If you think you can eat a lot try the "Big Fat Heart Attack". My usual is the "Pam Anderson".

To find joy here one must let the experience happen without intervention. The Roxy is what it is.

Had almost everything on the menu. Never disappointed.

Worth walking uphill drunk from downtown & waiting for a table at 3AM. Wouldn't think of going anyplace else. The entire place is a shrine to why you moved here in the first place.

Onion rings. You won't regret it. (and italian soda with sprinkles!)

Amazing late night food, open 24 hours except Mondays. Buy one of their "Portland Fucking Oregon" T-shirts, I know I am once they get in a new shipment of small sizes!

Not many places to go late night in downtown Portland. The Roxy is always open, has a great attitude, and good munchies and coffee.
