Great locale within walking distance of the Oregon symphony. Heathman hotel has slightly better food, but Higgins is more hip.

The beer on tap tends to be a bit warm. I don't mind a slightly below room temp beer but when they don't keep the lines cold, you get lots of head and weak flavors. Always ask for a sample first.
