• most of the dishes here--northern chinese classics made with korean flavors--come out bland and under-seasoned compared to both cuisines. the texture of the hand-pulled noodles is not bad, though.

• Frank's suuucked when they first opened. They've come a long way. Traditionally when I've wanted handmade noodles I drove to Du Kuh Bee in Beaverton. No need to do that anymore. Frank's is solid.
