  • ChefMoz The Corn Exchange is a modest establishment with not very comfortable seeting(wooden benches and chairs). The food is true bistro, however don't expect any bistro prices here.

  • ChefMoz We have enjoyed the food at the Corn Exchange twice during visits from Mn.The first time I had the buffalo strip steak; it was FABULOUS. My husband had a fish dish and was equally impressed. We will continue to stop in there during every visit.

  • ChefMozThe Corn Exchange is by far the best gourmet restaurant in South Dakota. The food is all made to order, never old and always fresh. The staff is very knowledgable with aspects of both food and wine. The bar includes wine and beer. Any problems with the food will be fixed appropriately. This is a great place for a business meeting, date, or just a get-together with friends.

  • ChefMozThe Corn Exchange is an intimate experience located in downtown Rapid City that deserves to be better known. Focusing on locally produced items whenever possible, this restaurant is sometimes overlooked in this land of All You Can Eat.
